The owners reserve the right to accept or decline bookings at their complete discretion.
Minimum 2 nights stay – $480 per night – $1000 Bond per stay
Easter & Christmas holidays minimum 4 nights
House must be left in a tidy condition or cleaning fee will apply.
Refundable Damage Deposits Policy
Any items found to be broken or damaged owner has the right to take it out of the bond. Any damage to house and property itself owner has the right to take it out of the bond. If the house is left dirty or untidy and there in excess rubbish or mess left the owner has the right to take a cleaning fee out of the bond. In addition to your refundable damage deposit terms and conditions. we ask that guests complete an inspection of the property upon arrival so that they can report anything broken or damaged when checking in. There for, if damage is discovered after checkout that was not initially reported, the owner has more cause to believe that those guests were likely responsible. Refund of the bond will be returned within 3 working days after your stay.
